His Excellency Matthew Greene of Mann

Ambassador Prince

Royal House of Independent Kingdom of Mann

Ambassador Matthew Greene is a 15 year national security veteran, Professor of international law, and Doctor of diplomatic affairs. He is also a ancient and medieval historian, archaeologist and Egyptologist for the Order of Knights Templar.
Prince Matthew Greene is a patron Lord of the dynastic nobility family “de Lot” of France. By Russian dynastic nobility peerage, he is a hereditary Cossack General from his mother’s paternal line, a hereditary Cossack General of the Imperial Guard from his father’s paternal line, and a hereditary Honor Guard of the Tsar’s Palace from his father’s maternal line, and thus the descendant of noble warriors and security advisors to Eastern European royalty. By profession he is an international lawyer in foreign affairs, geopolitical security, and economic security, with decades of experience as a diplomatic Special Envoy and Legal Attaché.

Prince Matthew holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical Engineering including studies at Moscow State Bauman Technical University (the “MIT” of Russia) (completed 1996), a Juris Doctor (J.D.) “Doctor of Laws” from Dickinson School of Law, USA (1997), a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Financial Economics including studies at Tver State University, Russia (completed 2000), a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in International Diplomacy including studies under the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and the Military Academy of the Red Banner in Tver, Russia (completed 2001), a Doctor of Science in Jurisprudence (D.S.J.) “Professor” of International Law based on studies under various Russian government agencies and the Military Academy of the Red Banner in Tver (completed 2008), and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Archaeology and Egyptology including studies under affiliates of the Pontifical Academy of Archaeology of the Vatican (completed 2012).

He is a highly decorated 15 year veteran of Russian national security services (ca.1996-2010), as a government contracting Chief of Special Operations with the “office of duty” title of “Commander” (alternative parallel rank), and a former independent advisor to the Russian Presidential Administration under Vladimir Putin. As a rare non-citizen foreigner working directly with such agencies, he was awarded a series of 15 quasi-official medals for meritorious service achievements, by authorized officers of relevant sub-departments, having the character of traditional private awards of a peerage society.

On the basis of multiple Barrister’s Opinions and Legal Opinions independently verifying all of these credentials and qualifications, as well as demonstrated earned merit applying those skills for the benefit of the Royal House of the Kingdom of Mann with successful results, Matthew Greene de Lot was made Ambassador and Prince of the Independent Kingdom of Mann by Letters Patent from King David of Mann in March 2013.

Prince Matthew considers himself “semi-retired”, concentrating on philanthropy, archaeology and historical preservation, and giving full support to the Royal House of the Isle of Man. In accordance with the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, Article 57, he is not engaged in commerce, and is not an executive nor employee for any business or company.
