 Mark Ceely is the co-founder and CTO of Multi-@ccess Communications. He is the master of IT, and the primary web developer on the team.  
Mark Ceely is the co-founder and CTO of Multi-@ccess Communications. He is the master of IT, and the primary web developer on the team. He was born in Falmouth, Massachusettes, and soon after his family relocated to Balboa, Panama. After living abroad for 5 years his family moved back to the U.S., living in Houston, TX for a couple of years and then settling in Dunedin, Florida.
Mark most recently worked with Columbus Communications, joining them in 2008. He was responsible for the Network Management Systems that included: ServAssure Enterprise, Netcool, and the Tivoli suite of products (Network Manager, Tivoli Monitor, Flow Analyzer, Performance Manager, and Service Request Manager). Mark was also responsible for integrating a full life cycle business process to cover all departments within Cable Bahamas and the Flow entities. This would cover integrating other departmental software such as Compass, Solarwinds, IVRs, ticketing systems, as well as training and process flow.

Prior to joining Columbus, Mark accumulated more than 10 years of telecommunications experience, to include the U.S. Army, P-COM, Winstar, Teligent, AT&T, Sprint Wireless, Time Warner, C-COR and ARRIS. At P-COM Mark was the first to establish a full GIGABIT point-to-point wireless system for Siemens campus network.
Prior to joining the U.S. Army, he served in the financial industry as a Branch Manager at 1st National Bank of Central Florida and a Retirement Planner for The Copeland Companies while attending college.

Mark attended St. Petersburg College and the University of Central Florida, majoring in Finance. After deciding to change his career outlook he attended the GTE Resident School in the U. S. Army, earning a Certificate in Multi-Channel Communications, and New Horizons Computer Learning, earning MCSE, CCNA and A+ certifications.
