 Ron Roecker is a 20-year entertainment PR and brand marketing pro that has worked with some of the biggest consumer brands and most reconizable celebrities in the world. He is an on-air industry expert for national media outlets and is an execuitve coach. 
For the past 20 years, Ron has worked with some of the world's biggest brands (the Grammy Awards, Latin Grammy Awards, Xbox 360, Yahoo!, McDonald's, Nestle, Nike, NBA, GAP, MasterCard, Travelocity, Coca-Cola, Barbie, AOL, Hilton Hotels, Hot Wheels, Heineken, Allstate, Columbia Tri Star, Live Earth, Invisalign, World Wildlife Fund, and Diageo for instance) and some of the world’s most iconic celebs (Madonna, Carrie Underwood, Kanye West, Green Day, Justin Timberlake, Mariah Carey, Beyonce, Rihanna, Chris Brown, Ludacris, Usher, Gwen Stefani, Kelly Clarkson, Pete Wentz, John Mayer, Sting, Bono, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Maroon5, Michael Buble, Roberta Flack, Jessica Simpson, Pink, Mary J Blige, OneRepublic, Cher, the Cast of Will & Grace, Zac Efron to name a few). He has established himself as a true hybrid for consumer brands and entertainment properties – he has the strategic approach of a seasoned brand marketer and the media and industry connections of a Hollywood publicist.

Since Enfluence Group opened for business in June 2008, its marketing communications projects have included the music initiatives of Alli Sports & NBC’s wildly popular extreme sports celebration “The Dew Tour,” Xbox 360 with Justin Timberlake's PGA Charity Golf Tournament, the launch of Rock Band on Xbox 360, the induction of Xbox 360’s Master Chief into Las Vegas’ Madame Tussaud’s with Pete Wentz, Invisalign Teen’s sponsorship of Kids Choice 2010 with “Twilight’s” Booboo Stewart, the production team behind the first YouTube LIVE Awards, Live Earth & Live Earth India (with former Vice President Al Gore, will.i.am, Jon Bon Jovi and more), Awareness and Grammy Campaigns for OneRepublic, Roberta Flack, Lisa Marie Presley, Ludacris, Deborah Cox and more, World Wildlife Fund's global "Earth Hour" event, the premier of Cheap Trick’s “Sgt. Pepper Live!” at the Las Vegas Hilton, Leeza Gibbons Memory Foundation, professional development training for NBC Universal and GE, just to name a few.

Prior to Enfluence Group, Ron was the Vice President of Communications & Media Relations for The Recording Academy (best known for its annual GRAMMY Awards) for six years. Ron oversaw the global communications strategies for The Academy, its 12 Regional Chapters, the Grammy Awards, The Latin Recording Academy and Latin Grammy Awards, Advocacy & Government Relations, the MusiCares and Grammy Foundations, CBS Television and Univision Networks. He served as the company spokesperson and he managed the production of the VIP red carpet arrivals, network and cable pre-shows, and the complex media centers, which hosted more than 400 international press outlets.

The relationships Ron has nurtured over the years, whether they are with local, national and international editors and reporters or artists, managers, publicists and network executives, are invaluable to Enfluence Group's client partners. Ron has professional training as a media relations and public speaking executive coach, but it is his own experience in front of large audiences across the globe and in front of the camera as a company and industry spokesperson, which make him so effective with his client partners. Ron has trained everyone from Fortune 500 executives to student spokespersons, and has been featured on national and international programs including Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood, CNN, E! Entertainment, TV Guide Network, MTV, Extra, BBC, Entertainment Tonight Canada, WOWOW Japan, CCTV China, and more. Ron currently is an on-air industry insider for national and international media outlets including E! Entertainment.

Prior to that, Ron was VP, Brand Marketing, for Ketchum, including Ketchum Entertainment Marketing (KEM). Formerly he was Management Supervisor of PR & Marketing at MS&L. After graduation, Ron headed up the marketing and fund-raising divisions of Resource & Development Group in Kansas City.

He, along with New Avenue Marketing founder Joe Keenan, created the award-winning Green With Pride grassroots initiative in 2009 that showcased the ease of adding sustainable products to everyday life. He is the Communications advisor to Solar The Sign, a non-profit whose mission is to utilize the Hollywood sign to educate the global community about the importance of using alternative energy. He is an adjunct professor in the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California, and is on the Board of Directors of Discovery Arts, an in-hospital program that brings the arts to children with cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

Ron was named as a finalist for PR Pro of the Year by PRNews and has earned a slew of industry kudos including PRism, Halo, MarCom, IPRA, Telly, SABRE and Reggie Awards.
He has a B.S. in Business Communications & Journalism from the University of Kansas. Rock Chalk, Jayhawk! He digs all types of music, and values giving back.
