Stephanie Small has over 15 years of experience in the training and educational fields. The former social work counselor, now trains and coaches individuals down the road to success in her chosen career in professional development education. She is inspired by the people she meets in her skill building workshops and authors books and training curriculum to help those individuals gain the knowledge they need to change their lives. Her belief in the power of change, strategic thinking and reinvention fuels her projects. Her own professional development and the continued development of her clients inspire her to create literary projects, programs and trainings aimed at overcoming fear, doubt and adversity. She is proponent of personal power.

She holds a B.A. in English and Psychology and a Master of Arts graduate degree. She is a certified Trainer and Educational Facilitator. She has lectured on an adjunct basis for the City University of New York and is a published author, blogger and owns her own independent publishing company.
