Currently the CEO & Chief Marketing Officer of U-Lace Customizing Lacing Systems - a mass-customization, sneaker customizing accessory sold in 28 countries around world. Tim trend-spotted the concept for the product and then developed and then singlehandedly launched the brand. U-Lace was named the #1 hot new trend product in Japan for 2010 and is carried in such prestigious trend shops as Collette in Paris.

Prior to starting U-Lace, Tim was Sr. Director of Urban & Fashion Headwear at New Era Cap Company, where among his accomplishments was: 1) sole development of the high-tech headwear systems currently worn by all players in Major League Baseball; 2) creation and design of the EK by New Era fashion line of headwear; 3) Growing his business unit from $85MM in sales to $187 MM in 2.5 years, and beating revenue goals by over $60 Million in the process. In addition to running the company’s largest business unit Tim also served as the company’s Global Trend Spotter and Product Trouble-Shooter.

Tim was also the founder and CEO of Ballgirl Athletic - a leading sports apparel brand dedicated solely to women’s sports apparel - from 1995 until 2000. Under Tim’s direction Ballgirl Athletic grew from a Start-up to distribution in well over 2000 doors in the USA. Ballgirl also had partnerships with high profile WNBA players and the NBA store.

Tim’s career spans over 2 decades and he has worked in marketing, strategy and product innovation roles at Revlon, Nestle, Eastman Kodak & New Era Cap Co. Tim also holds 4 sole-inventor U.S. Patents for product he has developed.
