9 Things About Michelle:

1. What inspires you?
When others strive to be the best they can be and feel good about themselves for what they achieve.

2. What is your most outstanding characteristic?
My gift of gab. Put me anywhere and I'll end up striking a conversation with someone.

3. What is the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Work hard as an individual and together we'll be sensational.

4. What three words best describe you?
Loyal, outgoing, emotional.

5. What's your favorite guilty pleasure?
Hmmm. If I have to pick one, it would be a homemade coconut margarita with pieces of real coconut shavings mixed in. It wouldn't hurt to be drinking it somewhere tropical as well.

6. What fitness advice can you offer to others?
The only one stopping you from achieving your goals is yourself. Get out of your own way and you will be amazed at what you can accomplish.

7. What is something that others may not know about you?
I am the crazy cat lady. I have three of the cutest felines at home: Yogi, Lou, and Mandy.

8. What role has fitness played in your life?
It has been my fountain of youth and my stress reliever. No matter how bad of a day I have had, I can always turn on the music and loose myself to the art of dance.

9. Why should people come take your class?
Because it is a whole different experience when you take a class from a teacher that is passionate about what they do. It is one thing to know how to teach. It is another to know how to inspire.
