Yvonne E. Gamble serves in the capacity of CEO 9TWO5 Motoring Alternative Fuels, Inc an Alternative Fuel Conversion and Training Corporation. She has been involved in the automotive industry directly for seven years, with four of those years as a Consultant G.S.A. Contract Administrator working with SALS Road Products Chemical Stabilization System, a chemical manufacturing and distribution company with operations in the United States and product distribution worldwide. She also has 10 years experience as a Telecom Business owner and Telecommunications Regulatory Compliance Negotiator. She currently owns and operates YEGI Communications, a wireless communications company.

Gamble has a total of 35 years experience across major industries including commercial finance, public relations, and public policy. Her expertise in the commercial lending and the public relations arena coupled with her business development experience has helped build 9TWO5 Motoring Alternative Fuels into a premium-diversified concern.

Gamble is also Founder/CEO of a non-profit women’s political advocacy organization, Women Leading Change Now. As owner of Simplified Knowledge, contract training entity she facilitates training seminars and instructional development for corporations, communities, organizations, and faith based organizations.

As a highly experienced business intelligence and competitive intelligence practitioner Gamble has an impressive record of advising clients/corporations such as AT&T, MCI, Cox Telcom Communications, Comcast, Verizon, and the California Cable Television Association. Gamble served as a one of six core members of the Telecommunications Industry Change Management Team that developed the Change Management Process that currently governs any/all operational system or support changes that take place in the Telecommunications Industry.

Gamble has a total of 10 years in the financial, real estate and banking industries including trust services, residential, commercial, and syndicated lending, title escrow closing, mortgage banking, large-end reo-portfolio bundle sales, and non-profit grant research and development. Gamble also has 7 years experience Network Administration and Computer Aided Transcription and Translation services, and 8 years combined in the fields of journalism, advertising, marketing, and public relations. Between 1997 and 2007, she previously held the position of COO and later CEO of Outersphere Consulting, Inc., serving clientele in the telecommunications industry working in and advising on OSS, Change Management and Regulatory Compliance issues and implementation.

Prior to 1989 Gamble worked for several fortune 500 corporations including American National Bank-Million+ Accounts Penny Errors Adjustor; Bank of America-Syndicated Lending, Ogilvy & Mather Advertising-Print Advertising Production, Xscribe Corporation-Computer Aided Transcription, District Service Manager Central U.S. and Eastern Canada. In addition, Network & Help Desk Administrator with the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association and as 13-State Territory Telecommunications Regulatory Manager for ATT/SBC-OSS, and with International Road Building corporation SALS Roadway Products as a Consultant GSA Contract Administrator.

Author of several publications topics range from Biological “Germ Warfare” to White Paper on “Fleet Transition to Alternative Fuels: Business Case for Conversion Management. Her latest publication “Why do we Communicate” is an exploratory guide for corporations, organizations and groups to determine the net effectiveness of their communication on business and society, and is available as an online course through Udemy.com.

Gamble was certified in 2011 by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency through Texas State Technical College in Automotive Alternative Fuels Drivability and Energy Retrofit Technology, and received her Certification in Biotechnology/Biomanufacturing in 2009 from Laney College. She studied Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, and Marketing at Columbia College in Chicago, IL, and is a Certified Computer Programmer and is A+ Hardware Certified through the New Horizons Computer Learning Center. Gamble serves as Public Policy Leader United States Women’s Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of the San Francisco Bay Area Business Round Table, and is listed in Cambridge Who's Who Among Business Professionals 2007. She continues to serve as a Board Member-At-Large for Peacemakers, Inc, an At-Risk Youth Organization.
