Tracy L. Sarris brings over twenty years of non-profit and association leadership experience to the organization. She has held the position of Executive Director/President of two associations and the position of Association Executive for the Pennsylvania Medical Society, managing four Medical Specialty associations. Tracy's broad vision and strong planning skills have allowed her to work with various organizations to bring about revitalization and growth. Her talents in financial management and organization; have benefited multiple trade and professional organizations. She has been recognized by the American Academy of Ophthalmology for her contributions to the establishment of joint educational programs across the country and by the American Water Works Association for her achievements in membership recruitment. Tracy has been a proven leader in all aspects of association management, including conference and meeting planning, member services, communications, marketing and fund-raising.

As the marketing consultant for several for-profit businesses, Tracy coordinates the production of public relations, media, promotions and advertising to ensure the organization’s message is distributed across channels and to targeted audiences in order to meet objectives. She is responsible for strategic planning and development, branding, market research, customer service and sales management across industry markets.
