Bill Palmer is the president of AeroMed, Inc. which manufactures air purification equipment for infectious disease control. He has been in the air filtration industry since 1982 and his focus for the past 20+ years has been on environmental infection control for health care facilities, where he applies air filtration and ultra violet light to prevent the spread of airborne pathogens. Bill is a Certified Environmental Infection Control Consultant and a Certified Air Filtration Specialist. Bill is a long term member of National Air Filtration Association, serving on its hospital guideline committee. He has spoken at numerous engineering conferences in the US, Mexico, Korea and China on the subject of using environmental controls to protect patients, staff and visitors from infectious diseases. Bill has authored dozens of journal articles and including many for the NAFA Air Media magazine.
