Since Cindy Ward entered her real estate career in 2007 and was named Rookie of the Year in the Mid States Region out of 5 states and earned her way into the distinguished 100% Club for the years following, she has consistently redefined what’s possible, while opening doors of wealth building and leadership for countless real estate professionals. After joining Keller Williams and becoming the team leader of three market centers in three different regions including the Oklahoma Region, the Greater Heartland Region and currently the North Texas New Mexico Memphis Region , she increased the real estate office’s annual closed volume sales, agent count and per agent productivity by more than 1200% combined.

With an amazing track record for team building while developing efficiency in leadership and office operations, Cindy remains true to her heart’s work of community service.
