Having worked as an Information Security Officer for many years within the US Navy, then later in the private sector, Olivia’s acumen and work ethic are unmatched and is always geared toward the shortest distance to the greatest ROI with the least risk. Without break-glass privileges, a perpetrator could easily press simultaneously: ‘Ctrl and the letter P’. No credentials were required to print. A simple solution, yet it was clearly seemingly somewhat impossible to discover as quickly as Olivia did. Her critical thinking skill and ability to problem solve is unmatched in most executive circles, yet she is always willing to help and work with a team and is always humble, approachable and friendly - however professionally firm.

One of Olivia’s most significant achievements was the base-wide (including three medical clinics), new computer and software package (including BIOS) roll-out, which resolved medical patient care and logistical need issues. Involved replacing outdated software, carrying over static vs roaming user accounts onto each and every system, preferences, files, and the like from ‘P Drives’, and bringing up the military’s IT visibility while addressing critical cyber security and other security issues. The roll-out involved inventory, capital expenditures and supply-chain analysis, while leading massive and complex systems implementation for one week only. This project was very prominent and visible yet went along flawlessly with regard to Olivia and her teams’ project management. Olivia was the computer and technical ‘Go-To’ person on active duty in the US Navy at three military bases and was called upon by many on a regular basis, including admirals, captains, and other leadership including the hospital director and ISSM.

With focus on continual improvement, Olivia is able to forecast marketing trends and advertisement needs, sometime prior to the emergence of new technology/trends: making her the most ‘cutting edge’ IT person for miles.
