Baguhn will lead client initiatives to improve performance of integrated case management services. She has served in executive leadership and consulting roles in a wide variety of healthcare settings, including single and multihospital healthcare systems ranging from small community-based hospitals to large metropolitan teaching facilities.

During the course of her career as a healthcare executive, Baguhn has led both clinical and ancillary departments in nursing, case management, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, physical therapy, and utilization review and quality. Maintaining expertise in preparation and compliance with The Joint Commission, CMS and state regulatory standards of care, she has served as a consultant to healthcare organizations seeking to prepare for a state of constant readiness.
Baguhn is a registered nurse and holds a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Maryland in College Park, Md., and a master’s degree in education from the University of Redlands in Redlands, Calif. She also holds a case management administrator certification (CMAC) and is a certified legal nurse consultant (CLNC).
