Reginald Heard has national visibility in the franchise, restaurant, and hospitality industries. Reggie has written many franchise industry articles over the years published in the Franchise World Magazine, has participated as moderator and panel speakers at many national franchise and hospitality conferences, and interviewed by many national news publications.

Heard has more than 30 years of Commercial Banking experiences in a variety of lending disciplines that include Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, conventional commercial bank lending, tax-structured operating leases and commercial real estate financing.

Heard earned his Bachelor and Associate Degrees from Johnson & Wales University and his post graduate MBA Degree from the University of New Haven. He has cultivated an extensive commercial finance career by working for large financial institutions such as the CIT Group (CIT Small Business Lending), GE Capital, MetLife Capital, LaSalle Bank (ABN Amro), Fleet Bank (formerly Bank of New England) and State Street Bank.

Heard served two full terms on the Supplier Forum Board of Directors for the International Franchise Association (IFA) and actively served as a member on various IFA committees.
