Raymond Bartreau founded Best Rate Referrals in 2005 as a call center to generate leads for the mortgage industry in the southwestern United States. The company enjoyed immediate success and soon expanded and evolved into a full-service marketing agency for mortgage bankers and brokers nationwide.

With more than a decade of combined mortgage and direct marketing experience, Bartreau works with clients to help them achieve their business and marketing goals. He’s been known to say, “If my clients are making money consistently, they stay with me, and I make money consistently.”

In 2012, Bartreau made the "National Mortgage Professional" magazine list of the top 40 under 40 and appeared on the list two additional times since. He also was a Mortgage Professional Association “Hot 100” in 2014. Bartreau was a loan officer earlier in his career, providing him with a depth of mortgage industry experience that is regularly tapped in his role leading the Best Rate Referrals team.
