Zach South joined the Best Rate Referrals team in 2005 to help with the company’s overwhelming demand for services and quickly rose to assume the role of president. Focused on the operational side of the business, South uses his expertise in building systems to efficiently adapt processes to align with environmental changes.
South manages the Best Rate Referrals consumer acquisition funnel from top to bottom, including high-volume lead generation websites and systems. Within his position and in roles prior, he has successfully turned low- or no-margin marketing campaigns into profit centers. South also understands how to establish actionable plans to achieve client marketing goals. His work established and maintains Best Rate Referrals as the industry-leading source for high-volume, high-quality inquiries within the mortgage market.
South has experience managing teams of up to 50 employees. He is a graduate from the W.A. Franke College of Business at Northern Arizona University.
