 A certified wedding planner through the American Academy of Wedding Professionals, event professional with over 15 years of experience including talent logistics for live and taped broadcast television shows, national conferences, high profile events. 
Kim Moss created Black Bag Productions in 1998 after a company layoff and has been a contract talent logistics team professional for: 2016, 2015 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, 2014 Fashion Rocks, 2012-2016 BET Honors, 2010 MLK Monument Dedication Events, team captain for the 2008 Presidential Inauguration parade, talent logistics team member for the 2008 and 2013 Presidential Inauguration Balls and other high profile events in Washington DC and nationally. Ms. Moss is a certified wedding planner through the American Academy of Wedding Professionals Certification Program and is currently writing the master’s level course for AAWP. An active volunteer, she is a two-term past Chapter President, Newsletter Editor and Fundraising Chairperson for the Washington Area Chapter of Childhelp, a two-term past Advisory Board President, Promotions chair and, is currently a performing member and soloist with the award winning local gospel community choir, Mosaic Harmony and is the co-founder of The Magic Wand Project, a non-profit dedicated to distributing special occasion (prom) dresses, tuxedos and accessories to high school students..

A favor for a friend in 1996 for New York based Noelle-Elaine Media Inc., led to a long term relationship, and on-call staff position working at many of their events and productions including: four National Urban League Annual Conferences, four Black Enterprise Entrepreneurs Conference, eleven National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters Annual Awards Dinner and four fall conferences; three Leon H Sullivan Summit Dinners, and many other private, celebrity and political black-tie events in Washington DC, Orlando, New York and Nashville. Ms. Moss was selected to work on a live webcast production for Net4Music in Paris, France in 1999.

A certified wedding planner through the American Academy of Wedding Professionals Certification Program and is currently writing the master’s level course for AAWP. She is enrolled at the George Washington University's School of Business' Event Management program anticipating a graduation date in 2017. She and her husband Walter reside in suburban Maryland.
