Currently serving as the Communications Specialist for medical device company Mammotome, Will oversees internal and external communication initiatives that include key messaging components, crisis communication, PR and media outreach for the global wide organization. Mammotome is a subsidiary of Danaher, which owns and operates companies specializing in the Life Science, Biotech and Diagnostics sectors.

As a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Will obtained his Bachelors of Arts in Communication with a focus, and certification in Public Relations. Prior to Mammotome, he served as Marketing and Communications Manager for the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center for nearly 3 years. During his tenure there, Will garnered earned media opportunities in local, national and global media outlets such as the New York Times, the Metro Times (UK), BET, CNN and others.

Will is an avid believer in professional development and contributes his efforts to organizations that serve the community. He is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), serving on the diversity committee; a member of Greater Cincinnati of Black Journalists (GCABJ) and a member of the Cincinnati Black PR Professionals. He has volunteered his time and talents to Big Brothers Big Sisters Butler County, coordinating marketing efforts for their annual Run 4 Kids fundraiser; and the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio Young Professionals, coordinating voter outreach initiatives.

An inspiring entrepreneur, Will also owns and operates Blaze 4 Glory Music Group, LLC. (B4GMG). Restructured in 2017, B4GMG is a music service company that provides management, marketing and publishing services for artists, DJs, producers, media personalities and other audio content creators.

Will is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, Delta Gamma Lambda Chapter. He currently resides in Cincinnati, OH. and is father to ten year-old, Brianna Jones.
