Doreen Santora, was previously Senior Vice President of Operations at the Hackensack University Medical Center, a respected 775-bed U.S. teaching and research hospital.

A registered nurse with a Masters in Health Administration, Doreen brings a wealth of experience in hospital management systems of their role. Doreen administratively directed nationally recognized clinical departments that included surgical services (37 theaters), Cardiology, Radiology, Laboratory and Pathology and Respiratory Care. She also was in charge of support services such as plant operations and management across the campus building. In all she was responsible for 90 cost centers with an annual budget of $ 268 million and 1928 employees.

In 23 years with the medical center, Doreen led the development and growth of many departments and programs. These include outpatient surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, dermatology, medical spa, pain and palliative care, transfusion-free bloodless medicine and cardiac care.
