 Richard A. Lena is a co-founder of the Brattle Publishing Group, a curriculum developer, and an instructional designer specializing in print and multimedia learning experiences for diverse audiences.

For over 20 years, Richard has worked in publishing conceptualizing, designing, and managing the development of large-scale educational products and “edutainment” product lines in various media forms including print, software, web-based, video, and audio products. Prior to his work at the Brattle Publishing Group, Richard was the Vice President of Instructional Solutions for InContext Publishing Partners where he worked closely with publishers to conceptualize new program materials and innovative instructional products. Prior to his work at InContext, Richard was the Director of Instructional Technology at Houghton Mifflin Company's School Division and the Senior Director of Curriculum Development at Classwell Learning Group, a Division of Houghton Mifflin Company. Throughout his career, Richard has specialized in designing learning experiences that leverage technology to present difficult concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Richard holds a BA from Suffolk University and a M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
