As Commander, Ogden Air Logistics Complex, UT, led team of 7,500 to ensure A-10, C-130, F-16, F-22, F-35, T-38, Minuteman ICBM & commodity readiness through depot repair, modification & overhaul.

Served at Hq AF (Pentagon) as the Dep Director for logistics budgeting; Hq Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) as the Director of Logistics, Installations & Mission Support; & Hq Air Combat Command (ACC) as the Director of Logistics, Engineering & Force Protection. At ACC, responsible for aircraft maintenance, logistics, munitions, supply, force protection & civil eng for 1,100+ combat & support aircraft.

Envisioned & led creation of innovative Sortie Production Assessments (SPA) & the Advanced Sortie Production Course (ASPC). Led assessments, then collaborated & mentored to fix issues by working w/ MAJCOMs, the inspector general & operational wings. Led large sortie production & readiness gains, plus improved processes. Transformed several organizations to become high performing.
