John Trusiak joined the Company in 2017 after having spent two years as an analyst at STORE Capital where he took part in underwriting transactions totaling $1.5 billion. Additionally, John was also a portfolio manager at STORE where he assisted in the management of a portfolio of over $5.5 billion in commercial real estate assets throughout 48 states.

Mr. Trusiak has experience in both credit and real estate underwriting, where he has focused on multi-family, retail and medical real estate transactions. Mr. Trusiak is a lifelong resident of Phoenix, AZ where he attended Arizona State University and received a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business.
