Capital Allocation Partners is run by Nathan Reid along with a team of strong 3rd party managers, legal experts, real estate brokers, general contractors, and property managers. Through Arizona Opportunities Fund I, LLC (“FUND I”) and Arizona Opportunities Fund II, LLC (“Fund II”) CAP has participated in approximately $25,000,000 in profitable exits from value add deals since 2010, with a starting capital base of only $1 million between the two funds.

Mr. Reid started his career with E&Y and went on to be a successful CFO/Controller for several Arizona based companies. Mr. Reid has an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at A.S.U. and is the founder of Southwest Realty and Property Management, LLC (subsequently Sold to Realogy, NYSE: RLGY). Before managing Fund I and II, Mr. Reid was involved in dozens of smaller real estate transactions both with his own capital and with transaction based capital. Mr. Reid has attended the Berkshire Hathaway meeting for 17 years in a row and is a founder and principal in Bridge Reid Fund I, LP, an opportunistic value equity fund. Mr. Reid is also a 5 time ironman finisher.
