Working within the telecoms industry for many years has provided knowledge and experience of headsets, telephones and in general the telecoms, office and call center industries.

Working directly within the marketing department has offered its challenges but has been overall rewarding as being offered the opportunity to work with large manufacturers and promote their products doesn't come around everyday.
