Arnold Heckman is practically one of the founders of the Business Brokerage Industry. He founded Corporate Investment in 1982 and has participated in, and overseen, over 1,200 business sales. All industries and types of companies have been represented with over 200 gas stations, 250 restaurants, hotels, boat and motorcycle dealerships, health care providers, professional practices, high-tech companies, various B2B service providers, contractors, and others rounding out the mix. Arnold has seen it all and knows the right course to take in your unique situation.

Arnold has been qualified as an expert witness for business valuations and lost profits analysis in numerous courts including Maryland and Virginia Federal District Courts, Circuit Court of Colorado, DC Superior Court, Superior Court of New Jersey, West Virginia Family Court, and most Maryland and Virginia County Circuit Courts.

Arnold is a Real Estate Broker in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. He is a CTI or Certified Transaction Intermediary and is one of the founding members, and a current Board member, of the Mid-Atlantic Business Intermediary Association (MABIA).

Arnold is an avid sailor and power boater. He is a past Vice President and currently the Treasurer of MABIA, and has been on the Board of Directors for over 8 years.
