For 30+ years, he has provided extensive reference on industrial reliability culture change, business transformation, advanced industrial methods/technologies and Management Information System solutions. His specialty is the design & implementation of physical asset reliability strategies, practices, processes and enabling technologies to improve business results in all industrial sectors.

Carlo is Principal of COCO NET Inc. in the Aladon Risk & Reliability Network. An Aladon Certified RCM3 Practitioner, he holds a Master of Engineering degree from McMaster University and an Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Ryerson University in Toronto Ontario Canada. Carlo is past Chair of the Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP), Ontario Chapter and currently serves as an Executive Board Member.
