Every year, this major event brings along many major A/B list celebrity artists and music executives from around the globe to watch new upcoming artists showcase here in New York City! His main function involves scouting for promising new musical acts to develop into a marketable entertainment product. -Discovering artists at live shows, talent contests, or through small-label recordings. Under the leadership of Ant Jones, he's in charge of every aspect of the talent's career, including connecting them with recording studios and producers, and overseeing their budgets and schedules. He is also responsible for artist development as to how it fits with the needs of the label, ensuring that projects proceed according to plan.
