 Courtney is the Principal of CareerEncore, a search firm focused on the Greater Boston high-tech industry. Her background includes over a decade of experience in the high-tech industry and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.  
Courtney is the Principal of CareerEncore (www.CareerEncore.com), a boutique search firm focused on the high-tech industry within the Greater Boston area. Under Courtney’s leadership, CareerEncore was founded in 2006 and has since placed hundreds of Boston’s most talented professionals. Following an exclusive hiring partnerships with CareerEncore, two of the firm’s key clients achieved noteworthy acquisitions. Courtney also holds a Vice Chair position in the Boston Chapter of TechExec Network, a national network of Senior IT Executives with over 370,000 contacts across the country.

Prior to CareerEncore, Courtney was a founding member of a leading search firm's Technology Division. During her tenure, Courtney grew the Division's revenue 20 fold to $2.9M, while personally generating 25% of the Division revenue; a 30% increase over her peers. Her professional background includes over a decade of experience in the high-tech industry and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
