Aged 63, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He was an executive Director between 2007 and 2010.

Mr. Wang has over 32 years’ experience in banking and corporate finance and held senior positions with various international financial institutions.

Mr. Wang holds a PhD. in law from Peking University and a Doctoral Degree in Finance from the University of California at Berkeley. He has abundant experience in financial management, and unique insights on financial strategy, fund management, corporate financing, investment, merger and acquisition.
