Jenise introduced Clean Care - Canada's seal of approval for safer beauty and personal care products. The seal puts the spotlight and differentiates businesses producing safer beauty products to help shoppers find these brands.

Prior to starting her MBA, Jenise worked as an environmental engineering consultant for a start-up firm and had lead many projects related to environmental site assessments, feasibility studies, and leading educe projects related to renewable energy technologies and facilities.

Jenise has been a board member for over 5 years at the Women's Healthy Environments Network (WHEN) - an environmental health not-for-profit organization best known for empowering women to "Take Action for Prevention". For the past year, she has been a board member for Interim Place, a women's shelter and also serves on several advisory boards.

Out of over 450 MBA students at a top tiered school, Jenise was the recipient of the Graduate Business Council's Charity Award for having exemplified outstanding contributions to charitable causes.

Jenise Lee earned a Chemical Engineering degree (University of Waterloo) and an MBA (Schulich School of Business). She has lived in China, Italy and Canada, and is currently residing in Toronto.
