I've always been drawn to patterns and trends – as a high school second baseman I knew more than my coach about where each batter was likely to hit the ball. So according to studies, I'm one of the lucky few who found a career that suits their personality. I find it very gratifying to work within the realms of analytics and market research – in essence, I seek the truth on behalf of my clients – truth about their products, their services, their own companies or organizations.

My business background enables me to cast a more revealing light on all research results, helping clients understand how this new knowledge can enhance their current business model and support them in attaining their goals.

I hold a B.S. from Kent State University, a Masters in Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and a Masters in Non-Profit Organizations from the Mandel Center for Nonprofit Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Prior to founding ColemanWick, LLC in 2004, I spent five years working in university outreach and marketing at Case Western Reserve University and The Cleveland Clinic, conducting research to support organizational initiatives and business development activities.

In addition to my work at ColemanWick, I am a Visiting Professor at the College of Business Administration at the University of Akron, serve on the Board of Directors and am Chair of the Marketing Committee for Ingenuity Fest. I have also sat on the Alumni Board of The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, as well as on the Board of Trustees at Mental Health Services of Cleveland.
