Jennifer Gibbons-Joseph, CPC, ELI M-P, a member of the International Coaching Association (ICF), is a Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, Certified Financial Planner, proficient sales consultant and prolific writer and Inspirational Speaker. She is also the Managing Director and owner of Conec Professional Life Coaching Services Ltd.
Prior to her shift in career to become a certified coach, Jennifer accumulated over thirty combined years’ experience as a Financial Advisor, Trainer and Senior Sales Manager in the Insurance sector of Trinidad & Tobago. Her clientele over the years included a wide range of professionals, company executives and business people. During her tenure she was a member of the prestigious ‘Million Dollar Round Table’ international club and received numerous awards and accolades confirming her professionalism, excellent sales and leadership skills and distinctive service to clients.
Jennifer is an intuitive listener who engages her clients and harnesses their positive energies, to take them to a higher level of efficiency and productivity. She is also an inspirational speaker who is called upon to inspire audiences at various public functional and events. As a writer Jennifer freelances with one of the leading local newspapers with her articles appearing regularly each month. Her informative blogs, podcasts and live fb chats continue to help and inspire many people seeking guidance and support with their life challenges.
Jennifer received her international certification as a Professional Coach and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC); a highly acclaimed international coach training school. Her professional credentials include certificates in Management, Sales, Finance and Mass Media & Communications. Jennifer combined her experience with proven coaching techniques, modern and effective strategies and sound procedures to establish Conec Professional Life Coaching Services in 2011. Jennifer operates as the principal coach under Conec and along with highly qualified and experienced associates they successfully conducts group coaching workshops for large companies and organizations.
In keeping with her mission to help people successfully manage their money and achieve their financial goals, Jennifer created an interactive DVD ‘Money Management for Families’ which has been endorsed by the National Library of Trinidad & Tobago. She has also created special women empowerment forums and an interactive family program to reduce poverty and dependency among lower to middle income families to help them become self -sufficient and enjoy a better quality life.
