“Med Clinic 2”
• Construction Management for a two storied (20,000 SF) Medical Office Building in Elgin, IL. $ 4 million. Duties included project management, cost estimating, financial control and contractor selection for various trades, obtaining IDOT traffic studies and permits, and coordinate activities with architects, vendors & sub-contractors.
• Preformed structural modification walks and bids. Reviewed all construction drawing.
• Tracked all movement of the construction as well as handled the day to day operations of the site supervisors.
