From a start up in Atlanta, Coni was founder and President of a sales promotion agency, Can-Am Marketing Inc. The company developed marketing and sales promotional campaigns for southern US companies from Atlanta, southwestern companies from Houston, and west coast companies from Vancouver, BC, Canada. The base concept evolved to an international realm of affiliations with companies providing packaging components to small and large consumer product goods companies. After moving to NJ in 1989, taking 10 years to learn the highway and byway systems, but more importantly, to accumulate a successful sales history of new clients, Creative Packaging Solutions was formed. Packaging components encompass primary and secondary (first and second) rigid and flexible items, through merchandising or display.

The packaging components are sold to end user marketers, primarily Consumer Product Goods companies, or their contract fillers. They are used to hold, protect, maintain brand identity, and inspire the consumer to purchase. The primary customer targets are companies in personal care and cosmetics, food and beverage, lawn and garden, pet, pharmaceutical and medical device, automotive and household products. The products can be packaged in a bottle, jar, bag, flexible plastic or metal tube, canister, plastic clamshell or blister, folding carton, or a rigid gift box. They can be decorated with offset, flexo, rotogravure, or silk screen printing and embellished with ribbons or tags. The packages can then be displayed in stock or customer board, wire, plastic, or wood counter-top or floor displays.

Customers are located domestically and across N.A. European customers are served via the sales office in Munich, Germany. The packaging is manufactured in the US, as well as N.A., S.A., Europe, China, Taiwan, Korea, and some of the Asean countries.
