As the Senior Vice President, I oversee and manage the following:
- Business Affairs Department - all label finances and payroll
- Legal Dept.- all contractual accountabilities including artist agreements, publishing, licensing and royalty distributions
- A&R (Artist and Repertoire) Dept who locate and sign new talent
- Art Department - all product design incl CD cover art, trade and consumer press advertising, retail sales posters and print media
- Marketing & Publicity Team - responsible for creating the overall marketing plan for every recording we release as well as arranging feature stories, interviews and broadcast opportunities through radio stations and television
- Artist Development Crew who oversee signed artist career planning to ensure consistent marketing and promotion presence during their career with the record label
- Sales Managers who oversee all retail activities building relationships with key record store chains and other mass-market retailers.

Managed daily office operations, Legal, Business Affairs, A&R Administration, label staff and managers
- Obtained mechanical licenses and tracked royalty distributions for all label releases
- Assisted with artist imaging for photo and video shoots
- Worked directly with CEO/Owner and Art Department staff on CD and video packaging, promotional materials and artist social site design
