She was able to balance a full-time position with full-time enrollment in her Master’s program. She was able to complete all course work in three trimesters.

What Does He/She Attribute Success To: She attributes her success to her hard work and staying focused on the ultimate goal.

Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?: She became involved in her profession because she found that she thoroughly enjoys assisting friends and clients to become organized whether it is in their homes or workplace. Organizing comes naturally to Lynn, she often finds herself reorganizing clothing racks or shelves when she is in a store shopping. She decided to do something for herself, and utilize all of her experience and skills to help other people.

Extended Bio Profile: Ms. Kendrot's mission is to assist clients in bringing order back into their lives, whether it be in the home or business. She aims to reduce the stress and improve the time management skills of her clients. She started working in the health care industry as a medical secretary and transcriptionist for 13 years. She then spent another 13 years in human resources. Ms. Kendrot launched her own company in January 2012. She has held numerous internal presentations. She graduated with a 3.7 GPA when she earned a master's degree in Human Resource Development.

Position Responsibilities and Duties: Consultations with clients; Developing customized organizational plans based on needs of clients; On-site and virtual implementation of organizational solutions; Personal Assistant; Virtual Assistant; Researching various organizational techniques; Handling website content and strategic planning; Writing blog spots; Networking; Overseeing business development.
