Mr. Decker has a Masters in Criminal Justice and is a Ph.D. Criminal Justice, candidate, at Capella University (expected 2020). Mr. Decker is an Author, and host of a Podcast The Socio-Criminologist. Using an interdisciplinary global Criminological - Sociological approach, Mr. Decker looks at issues that affect all of us. Currently, lecturing and consulting on group-think, in and out-group behaviors, profiling, and criminal justice reform. Mr. Decker is an advocate for rights and fair treatment of marginalized populations and offers investigation opinions on cases where his experience will benefit.
