He is the past Director of information Assurance and Crisis Management at SAIC where his team led responses to major nation state cyber-attacks as well as responding to natural crisis events such as Katrina, Wildfires in California and the Tornado outbreaks of 2011.

Specifically, Mr. Lines’ experience also includes developing internal controls for Lottery industries in Georgia and South Carolina as well as the Division of Gaming for the State of Colorado. He is the past Internal Affairs and SWAT commander for the Aurora Police Department in Colorado where he was awarded the Medal of Honor for his service.

He is the past vice chair for the Network Security Information Exchange as well as founder of both the Defense Security Information Exchange and more recently the Defense Industrial Base Information Sharing and analysis Center (DIB ISAC) where he currently works as the President and Executive Director. He is now involved with an exciting new venture through the DIB ISAC in helping establish the International Association of Certified ISAOs (IACI).
