Chad Tillman is currently Director of Training and Emergency Services with DIB ISAC. He has designed exercises in Workplace Violence, Civil Unrest, and high risk weather events. He is a nationally registered EMT, COOP Professional, and certified in emergency medical operation in a CBRNE event. He is also certified in swift water rescue and vehicle extrication. He is a FEMA CERT, International Trauma Life Support (ITLS), and American Heart Association Instructor. He is Deputy Director of the Huntsville Madison County Rescue Squad and has responded to multiple hurricanes and tornadoes since 2004. He is a member of the Responder Working Group for Exemplar City and Geo Huntsville.
