A seasoned sales professional, Phillip has 25 years in business to business selling, with 12 of those years as a senior sales consultant to the medical community. Phillip deeply understands the distinct needs of the medical professional and the patient. This understanding previously enabled him to successfully launch two functional medicine companies in the west coast. He was also the lead sales and training professional for one of the nation's most respected functional medicine companies.

During his successful sales career, he noticed that doctors and patients were often misled by generalized statements and inaccurate and exaggerated product claims. To provide safe, high-quality alternatives, Phillip researched the world's most reputable medical technologies, distributing their findings to medical professionals throughout the west coast, becoming an educator and consultant in functional medicine.

Phillip helped found Cynergy® when he noticed a disconnect between skin care, science and nutrition. He strives to treat skincare using a whole-body, natural approach.

Phillip graduated from Chapman University with a degree in Business Communication Studies.
