Ahmed Aïna is the CEO and co-founder of Dialexia Communications. Bringing over 30 years of experience in sales of business solutions worldwide, he is focused on Dialexia's mission of helping companies & individuals reach their full potential through the use of innovative communications tools.

Upon earning his M.Sc from the University of Montreal, Ahmed became a lecturer for the school in the fields of Management & Economics.In 1991, he co-founded Médiasoft Telecom and became its executive vice-president of finance and operations. Under Ahmed's stewardship, MédiaSoft became a telecom industry leader in CTI toolkit development in the computer telephony integration industry, making way for major investments by Intel Corporation and GTI. Médiasoft continued to perform strongly in the years that followed, leading up to its eventual purchase by Bell Canada in 2004. BCE Elix, as it is known today, provides technology products & services for contact center customers across North America.

In 2001, Ahmed co-founded and became the President & CEO of Dialexia Communications, an IP-PBX software pioneer and one of the telecom industry's leading providers of customized VoIP business solutions today.
