Mandy has over 10,000 hours of documented experience throughout all areas of the challenge course, zip line, and aerial adventure industry. She is an ACCT Qualified Course Professional Trainer/Tester for Level I, Level II, and Course Manager practitioners, and currently serves as the Chair of the ACCT PR & Marketing Committee. Mandy is a member of the ACCT Program Accreditation Task Force, and presents to international audiences on marketing, program design, and ACCT Operations, Training, and Certification standards. She has served in multiple leadership roles industry-wide, including President of the Michigan Alliance for Environmental and Outdoor Education. As Catalyst, Mandy's specializations within ERi include organizational and systems development, marketing, quality assurance, and being a source of dynamic enthusiasm.
