As CEO of BGZ Corporation (branded as Big Green Zero® and EnergyActio™) Dr. Bob Roth is on a mission to reduce energy bills and carbon footprints in America's 4.8 million small commercial buildings.

Toward that end, he and EnergyActio President, Jim Burpee are pioneering the process of Energy Efficiency Continuous Improvement™ and the supporting EnergyActio software platform which is listed in the U.S. Department of Energy Software Directory.

Prior to founding Big Green Zero® and EnergyActio™, Dr. Roth was involved in commercial real estate development and operations as President and COO of the Grand Canyon Railway historic restoration, Vice President of Del Webb Recreational Properties, Vice President of Radisson Hotels and as National Advertising Director for the Holiday Inns System, Worldwide.

During his career, Bob Roth has also provided consulting services, in business process improvement,to Fortune 100 organizations small businesses, nonprofits and government entities including the American Productivity and Quality Center (first administrator of the Baldrige National Quality Award), the Council for Continuous Improvement, Baxter Healthcare, 3M, Fireman's Fund, Whirlpool, Kaiser Permanente, Health Central, Sara Lee, National Semiconductor, Hewlett-Packard, Sandia National Laboratories, Doubletree Hotels, Best Western International, The Navajo Nation, Coleville Confederated Tribes and the Arizona Office of Tourism.
