 Erica Franklin is the guest editor for "Eve After Eden: Part IV". Franklin is the founder of "The Global Giver", a philanthropic endeavor that provides resources the communities and people around the world. She is also leading growth in "Sistas in Sales".

With over 15 years of experience engaging customers, building rapport, and influencing decisions, Erica Franklin has dedicated most of her professional career to roles in marketing, customer success and account management. Erica jumped into sales with more than six years of experience in account management and blossomed while marrying her strong background in communications with her relationship building and customer-focused approach to renew and upsell products and services. She hopes to continue driving revenue and growth in the tech space for the foreseeable future. 

Erica enjoys networking, traveling and serving the community. She has visited 13 countries since May 2016 and plans to see many more.

In January 2017, she launched “The Global Giver” via social media, highlighting her domestic and international philanthropic efforts to effect change in education, women and youth empowerment, eldercare and homeless recovery. You can follow her journey on Instagram and Facebook: @theglobalgiver.

In addition, Erica served on the board for the United Women In Business Foundation D.C. Chapter as Co-Vice President of Community Relations in 2020 and 2021. 

She is a proud Aggie who obtained her B.S. in Journalism and Mass Communication from North Carolina A&T State University. She later received her M.A. in Advertising from Michigan State University. With her passions in education, travel and philanthropy, Erica intends to inspire others to be their best selves.
