Born in South Africa Mr. Cowley is currently a resident of Longmont, Colorado and is the VP of FlexSystems LLC. His resume boasts a long history in electronic meter reading systems and hand held computer solutions. FlexOps, the PDA water and waste water data collection system was designed by Mark as part of a number of solutions covering security, assisted living, fire and safety and risk management.

Mr. Cowley consults with many facilities in many industries including Hotels, Medical, Municipal and Industrial on streamlining their data collection processes. His current focus is moving facilities away from paper based processes and into a digital format which increases efficiency across the board.
