Hi, I’m Joanna Shu, co-founder and CEO of FreezeNit, where we’re transforming lice treatment with an innovative, non-toxic solution that uses cold CO2 gas for quick, effective results.

Before FreezeNit, I began my career on the Fixed Income trading desk at Fidelity Investments. My entrepreneurial journey took off when I founded Refresh Skin Therapy, a skincare company where I developed and launched 17 products over 10 years. These products are now sold globally in major retailers like Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, Rite Aid, Amazon, and even onboard Singapore Airlines through duty-free offerings.

I’m passionate about creating personal care products that are better for you, replacing outdated legacy brands with formulas that prioritize health and integrity.
Though I’m a Texas native, I now call Marblehead, Massachusetts home, where I live with my husband, three children, and our rescue dog.
