Gary Seidel

President

 Gary Seidel is President and founder of Point ONE Commercial, Wisconsin BrokerNET and Illinois BrokerNET and has extensive experience in manufacturing mangement, ERP Software, and has held multiple executive positions in high tech and software. 
Gary Seidel founded Point ONE Commercial Real Estate in 1999, focusing on Commercial Real Estate in the northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin markets. In 2010 he also founded two companies: Illinois BrokerNET and Wisconsin BrokerNET. Both focus on commercial real estate markets for their respective States.

Previously, Mr. Seidel served as Director of Manufacturing Engineering for ROLM Corporation, a leader in telecommunications, which was subsequently purchased by IBM (and later Siemans).

After leaving ROLM and IBM, Mr. Seidel went on to a career in Software Sales, where he was a contributor to companies such as SSA, Rightworks, and JBA International. His concentration was in the ERP marketplace, where he utilized his skill sets in the manufacturing arena.

He has his degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, in Industrial Engineering. He has also completed post graduate work at San Jose State and UC Berkeley.

In addition, he has served on Beloit, Wisconsin's School Board for over 7 years, Beloit's City Council, and he is presently serving on the Board of Directors for Community Action of Rock and Walworth Counties.

ROLM Corporation
Director of Manufacturing Engineering
Led the introduction of the CBX 9000 telecommunications product into Manufacturing with a staff of over 75 engineers and technicians. Came in on time and within budget, despite many design changes. Left with a reputation as a turnaround expert and problem solver.

Manager of Industrial Engineering (10 engineers)
Responsible for plant automation projects, plant layout, standards, Materials Disposition, and design for Manufacturing efforts.

Printed Circuit Board Operations Manager (75 people)
Led efforts to implement automation, JIT and KanBan techniques.
ROLM Corporation (an IBM Company), continued

Automation projects, plant layout, line support for all processes.

Responsible for productivity improvements, new product introduction, and quality improvements.
