Early in her career she worked in the Tax Department at PricewaterhouseCoopers. After obtaining her Masters in Teaching, she worked as a French teacher for several years. This experience led her to her next challenge, as a consultant for Visiting International Faculty, a company that helps achieve the goals of schools around the country to attract native foreign language teachers. With the experience that she obtained, she decided to fulfill a lifetime dream of starting a business. Her overall management and strategic planning has been instrumental in growing the business successfully, roughly doubling the revenues each year. Kate’s goal is to create a work environment where the staff is continually mentored and trained to be the best in their disciplines. With the help of her partner, her plan is to continue to expand the business while preserving the high quality of client satisfaction for years to come. Ms. Potters holds a B.A. in French and a minor in International Business from Siena College as well as a Masters Degree in Teaching from Montclair State University.
