Woodson is an experienced clean tech executive with more than 25 years in the renewable energy business. Called a pioneer in the Texas wind market, Woodson is the former CEO of E. ON Climate & Renewables in the U.S. where they invested more than $7 billion and built over 4 GW of renewables projects in 14 states. Woodson has a deep public policy background and is a former board member of the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA), the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE), and a past president of the Wind Coalition. He is experienced in development, operations, energy service, retail and management of renewable businesses.
