David E. Williams is President of the Health Business Group, a consulting firm that helps health care companies, investors and non-profits develop and execute innovative business strategies. He leads consulting teams, advises CEOs and chairs review panels for the federal government about healthcare and policies that affect the nation.

His introduction to healthcare began at his first volunteer job in high school programming a mini-computer in decision tree analysis for liver disease. As an expert in the healthcare industry, David has chaired a review panel for the Department of Health and Human Services and served on multiple other panels, including a recent assignment to chair a review panel for the Exchange Navigators under the Affordable Care Act.

David holds a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
