Lacy Hendricks, RMP®, joined Hendricks Property Management in 2014 to start her career in real estate and property management. She became a licensed real estate agent in October 2014 and Broker in 2023. Lacy serves as the Governmental Affairs chair for the National Association of Residential Property Management, and is the President of the San Antonio Chapter of NARPM. She has worked on governmental affairs committees for the San Antonio Board of REALTORS (SABOR) since 2016, housing committees with the City of San Antonio, ands holds a handful of designations through the REALTOR® organization including the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program. In 2023, she won Volunteer of the Year Award for NARPM National, in 2018 won the the first ever Legislative Champion Award from the San Antonio Board of REALTORS, and in 2024 was named Property Manager of the Year for SABOR
